Herbal Tea Nerve Tonic

Our nervous system is a high-speed communications network, which the body uses to communicate with the various organs, cells, systems essential for our survival, health, and well-being. Since it is an organic system, it needs certain nutrients to maintain optimal performance. The herbal ingredients below were recommended to me by herbalists:

Oat Straw 1oz.

Lemon balm oz.

Skullcap oz.

Violet Leaf oz.

Nettle - oz.

Spearmint - oz.

Mix all of these ingredients together. If you purchase them at an herbal store, often they will mix them right there.

To make tea:

  • 1 heaping Tbsp or less in 1 or 2 cups of hot water; steep 5 minutes

  • Optional - add honey or raw agave nectar to sweeten
